This business is a person - not a corporation. Marco is friendly, straightforward, skilled, and knowledgeable. He showed up early and ready to tackle our refrigerator. We ended up having him look at a number of other issues while he was here. It was so refreshing to have a communicative, and unbiased professional to consult.

Marco was very personable and loves Dogs (huge plus). He was very detailed in explaining to me the problem and made the fix.

Our dishwasher stopped draining yesterday (it is only 3 years old). We could not figure out why this was happening after much testing/tinkering. I was worried I would have to pay someone hundreds of dollars to come out and "appraise" the situation for what was likely a simple fix. Marco called me back and talked me through a fix on the phone without any hint or suggestion of a payment or fee (or needing to come out). I really appreciated that and I would definitely use this service down the road for more substantial serviced if needed.
